We also collect certain information automatically, including device identifiers, usage data, and location data. Location is only accessed when you actively use a feature that requires it, such as finding a nearby hospital or triggering an SOS alert. We do not track your location in the background.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process bookings, send emergency alerts when triggered, respond to support requests, and send you updates about the product. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances.
- With service providers who help us operate the platform, under strict confidentiality obligations.
- With your emergency contacts and relevant services when an SOS alert is triggered.
