1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Travvely website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Travvely, or be accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
2. Our services
Travvely provides a travel companion platform that combines booking, safety tools, and community features. This includes search and booking of flights, trains, buses, hotels and cabs, one-tap SOS emergency alerts, travel buddy matching, carpooling, and local emergency discovery.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately at hello@travvely.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Travvely only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the SOS feature by triggering false alerts, post harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or use automated tools to extract data without our written permission.
5. Bookings and payments
When you make a booking through Travvely, you are entering into a separate agreement with the relevant service provider. Travvely acts as an intermediary and is not a party to that agreement. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual provider and shown to you before payment.
6. SOS and emergency features
The SOS feature is intended for genuine emergencies only. Triggering false alerts is a misuse of the platform and may result in account suspension. Travvely is not a replacement for official emergency services such as the national emergency number 112. We are not liable for the response times or actions of any emergency service provider.
7. Intellectual property
All content on Travvely, including the name, logo, design, and software, is the intellectual property of Travvely or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Travvely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Travvely in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Travvely after that date means you accept the updated terms.
